Now I work pay and taxes because dispensaries got me off OxyContin through support and information it is better for community to have them.

This plant has the ability to help people and save lives. There's no ethical reason it's been illegal for so long. The law needs to allow people the ability to have their own medication.

It's a plant, it saves lives that's the only reason you want to ban it

I believe all the grey areas needs to be looked over. Most people running medical dispensaries are only here to help. Most of which are patients themselves!

I believe as a consumer that people should be able to use dispensaries from small businesses rather than corporate entities. Because the small businesses are looking out for the people whereas the corporates are only looking to line their pockets. Justin Trudeau in the liberal government only see this as a cash grab and don't give two s**** about the people and what we need this for. If they really wanted to take a lesson in how to deal with this they would look at Colorado and how they've been able to handle the influx of recipients.

Cannabis has its spot in our medical world and has been proven... make it legal for medical reasons

The government should not be making this process harder for people. They need to think about the people and what would be accessible for them. If they can allow cigarettes the freedom they have, marijuana should be the same.

I am not addicted to pills like my family is, all due to medical canabis.

I'm all for legalizing but shutting down all the despensery and only running goverment owned stores isn't fare , plus putting it in a liquor is the most stupidest idea I ever herd it's all about the goverment making money not helping there patients , let help out the locals and help those that need it not put it out there like it's another alcohol beverage

Those dispensaries and clinics that are actually dedicated to medical cannabis, rather than recreational drugs, are providing a very important service. They are dispensing medical products that are lab tested, They are dispensing products that do not carry any of the risks of smoking or vaping, such as capsules, oils, pain patches, ointments, suppositories. They purchase their raw marijuana from LP's and are careful about its purity. They are informed and are already experts in the current research and best practices that make medical marijuana so valuable. there is room for these experienced medical clinics/dispensaries to continue to provide services and products to qualified patients. Why mess that up by restricting distribution to government agencies whose primary concern is prevention of serious violent crime? A previous contributor said it well: tax the private dispensaries and let them do all the work. They' ll do a better job of it.

My dispensary gives me the information and medicine I need to manage my pain. We need their expertise and compassion. Please just collect the taxes and leave them alone.

As a Patient I believe there is enough room for both Government LP's and Private Dispensaries .As a Patient I also believe as Consumers and Patients we should have options and choices and the courts have ruled in Favor of Patients Right to Access. Especially in light of the many recent recalls due to pesticides being found Government LP's product. Patients choose this Plant because it is Natural they do not want any pesticides in their medicine, You know if you just the Dispensaries alone they do all the work and you the Government get to sit back and rack in all those tax dollars its a win win for Everyone involved Think About in Logical Terms
