My family has driven this road for years and it is always scary and dangerous. Enough people have died. Now is the time for California to take action and safe guard this area.

I drive ambulances transporting patients on this road as an EMT. I've been in a head on accident and was blessed to come out alive. If you care about the people, especially those seeking better quality of life, alot more funds to make this road safer for all.

The sooner this highway is made wider, lives will be saved. The money spent up front to complete a project of this sized will be made up for later. It is very dangerous highway, I've traveled it many times. Motorist drive extremely fast and pass slow moving large trucks and motorhomes all the time. Even Semi's passing other Semi's is not uncommon. I've never seen CHP patrol the highway or have speed traps set up when I've been on it. I've had cars pass me at speeds of 100mph or more when I was driving 10mph over the posted speed.

Adelanto has had several head on-s and pedestrians struck in the last few months alone that's just within city limits and don't get me started on waiting 3 or 4 traffic light cycles to get past Mojave ave

Definitely needs something done about that stretch of 395. We have also came close to getting hit personally driving to Adelanto a few times. Its a very dangerous stretch of highway.
