This road needs to be widened. So many lives lost. I'm shocked it hasn't already.

More rest stops, more lanes, divider, emergency lanes to safely remove traffic stoppages. Drains to prevent repeated catastrophic flooding

Another option is to eventually re-grade the road to eliminate the notorious rises and dips. An unnecessarily dangerous roadway.

How many ppl have to die before the government does something about 395?this hwy need to be two lanes in each direction with a center divider !!

traffic on this road has increased tremendously over the years and so have the accidents. The county won't do anything about it because it's to far away from San Bernardino. It needs to be a 4 lane road!

The state does not care about this road.section of the highway. property values are low in the area so tax revenue is less than other areas.
They should’ve fixed this road years ago. Just look at it north of were Highway 14 Connects with it.
That tells me that the state does not care about the people that come from this area of the state.
Shame on you governor Brown and the rest!

I'm a local resident in Inyokern who also happens to live right on highway 395. My property has 2000 feet of highway frontage.

The death and destruction on the 395 must stop. The highway must be brought up to a safer standard! Traffic will continue to increase and we must raise the safety standard now.
