Save Lives On 395

Have lived in South East Kern County since 1976 ( I was 6 when we moved uo from La Puentè ) and have lost some friends on this road and have been askng every chance I’ve had to have the 395 widened...WIDEN THE 395 ALREADY !!!

I had a friend who was killed on this highway. It's not worth the few seconds it takes to pass on a double line. Too many lives are at risk for those few seconds. Be a responsible drive and think about how many lives you would save if you just take your time.

Fix this hwy. I’m scared everytime I have to drive on it. Esp having my 5 kids with me. Which is everyday of the week.

This has caused too many deaths! We travel this highway daily!

Please add passing lanes on 395

I don’t miss the 395 at all. But, nevertheless it needs to be a safer highway for all.

My son travels to and from work on this nightmare highway five days a week...I worry about his safety every single one of them!

This is a dead rad, is time to take save lives.

This is the most dangerous road in the high desert. Needs 2 lanes each direction and a divider separating traffic.

I love the 395. The smell of the desert. The wonderful view of the stars. But so scary at the same time.

Not sure why this road hasn't open to more lane have you looked around... yeah miles of just desert. Plenty of room

I avoid 395 at all costs. I’d rather drive an extra hour out of my way than drive this road.
