I'm not saying Linda is innocent, but at best her attorney was lazy, at worst completely incompetent. A retrial MUST be ordered to establish the true facts.

This poor woman has been sentenced to death on the basis of a trial which was a complete farce and unfairly biased against her. She deserves a retrial or at the very least to have her sentence reduced to life imprisonment.

This appears to be a gross miscarriage of justice whereby Linda Carty is being denied a fair trial and appropriate defence. This must be addressed and she must receive the rights to fair representation.

Complete mistrial. Capital crime should result in best representation regardless of financial status, nationality, colour, sex etc.

The evidence suggests she is not guilty. Her lawyer did not follow the correct practices in her case. The uk was not involved which would have helped the case.

Every human has the right to a fair trial, Linda did not have this! I don't necessarily believe she is innocent, but i do believe she was massively let down by the legal system and should have the chance to prove her innocence.

I do not believe one bit that this women is of any danger to society, and as a British Citizen I stand up for my fellow sister, she should be free as very human being has the right to a fair trial which Linda was deprived of, so much has gone on in her life that it is impossible to say this women was of sanity when the crime was committed and all the evidence seems to have a plausible reasoning, it just has all been misinterpreted. Linda Should be free

Seriously, are you all insane? This woman murdered another human being. She put a plastic bag over her face and suffocated her. The woman's son will never know his mother...and she has the audacity to boo-hoo "I'll never get to touch my grandsons". She is such a master manipulater she has all of you "believers" in the palm of her hands. All the while laughing at you because she found yet another bunch of naive people who she can pull the wool over your eyes. Wake up! She is a cold blooded murderer, and the sooner the state of Texas gives her what she deserves, the sooner we can put one more heartless murderer in the ground and focus on the victim. Her crime is as atrocious as you that believe in her innocence.

After watching Linda's story on "On Death Row" on Netflix I am convinced that Linda should be given a full pardon and at the very least, a fair trial that she was not given the first time.

This would be a disgracefull miscarriage of justice. Give Linda Carty the fair trial she deserves or release her now.
One more example of the American justice system rooted in prejudice to the poor and black communities.
