The LeHavre Board of Directors changed the criteria for qualifing shareholders to run in this coming election held on Oct 27th. The criteria was used to eliminate otherwise qualifying shareholders from running and post a threat to everyone with credit checks, civil ,military status, etc. Please sign this petition so we can get our rights back as shareholders. If the current board can change the new candidate critieria to suit their own preferences, what else do they think they can do? We must question this whole process now, and demand answers to our questions. The board of directors by law cannot give themselves more power it is in the BCL code law, proprietary lease and bylaws. Take a stand and sign today, to insure we really have an honest election process, not just one to suit the needs of the current board so they can get back into power.
