Inkster Public Schools Board of Education has made a decision to charter out the historic Inkster High School without holding a public hearing and discussing what other options the district has other than chartering out the High School to a private company. The plan has not yet been accepted by the state, and will unlikely be accepted by the state without a charter company in mind that will agree to take only the high school, which is typically the most expensive part of running a K-12 district. Without a plan in place, IPS' future looks grim. Help us show the wide public support to have a Public Hearing where multiple experts can weigh into the state of IPS and where members of the public can help come up with a solution to SAVE INKSTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS!
