In response to an unfortunate initiative to terminate the character "Horatio" in the tv series CSI Miami as played by the talented actor David Caruso, we, the under signed, petition CBS to ignore any petition to terminate the tenure of this character, since any acusations of excessive sunglass handling are totally unfounded and motivated primarily from envy or failure to appreciate the finer points of his acting technique.
