This petition was setup by PoorManDSO and Monkguru. As most of you may already know, Vivendi Games have bought the "HomeWorld" series rights from Sierra. Over the last year we (as Homeworld 1 players) have come across many issues with the WON server (being down, only being able to play peer-to-peer, ect...). This petition is intended to be catalyst to help Vivendi Games understand how many people still play this game (or are interested in this game) and the fact that the WON lobby needs regular maintenance to maintain online play. With your help - we might just make a difference! We need all the \'valid\' signatures we can get - no fake signatures please as they will be omitted. Please sign below if you are interested in helping to petition Vivendi for either: a) giving the hwcommunity the \'rights\' to run/maintain/service the WON server, or b) a re-release of the HomeWorld 1 game under Vivendi\'s title.
