We the undersigned are concerned at the proposals within the Hertfordshire's Fire and Rescue Service Integrated Risk Management Plan. We do not want any further cuts to our crew or equipment. Instead, more investment is needed to have more crew and equipment available so that we have a safe and great coverage across Hertfordshire.
If austerity has ended, it must also end for our brave fire fighters and service.
- We are especially concerned at replacement of a fire engine at Watford Fire Station with a 4x4 vehicle.
- We reject any reduction of fire fighters across Hertfordshire.
- We reject any reduction or loss of fire engines across Hertfordshire.

keep our station fully staffed. we dont need these cuts putting everyone at risk just to save a few pennies. enough is enough.
Absolute madness to cut back on emergency services. Watford needs full equipment not some small vehicle that wont cut it in a real emergency.
So worried about these plans. Fire fighters keep us all safe and they should be getting more funding not less. Please reconsider.
leave the service alone. these guys are heroes and they need all the gear they can get not less.
Cuts to fire services are a disaster waiting to happen. Do not do this to our county.

Hertfordshire needs these crews. You cant replace a fire engine with a 4x4 and expect things to be okay when a real fire happens. Ridiculous decision.
