Babies have heartbeats by then. This is just wrong.
Why is this allowed in a hospital that is supposed to be saving lives? absolute shame on the board for letting this go on.
Regions needs to rethink their priorities right away. life is precious at every single stage.
This is heartbreaking. 20 weeks is way to far along for this. stop it now regions.
Do the right thing and stop these procedures. st paul deserves better than this.

My tax dollars should not be going to support this. disgusting.
