The Algerian government finally retreated and the perpetrators will face justice for what they did in Sudan. We forced their hand and proved that senseless violence under the guise of football will never go unpunished. Keep your eyes open because we are watching them for any sign of backsliding.

i think we went to sudan to play football but we saw death their we send best people in our country and they send people with knifes is that fair play i guess its not. if the fifa will keep it this way i guess the sport will lose its spirits and its meaning it will be the sparkle which begins war between compititions

The Algerian government thinks they can hide behind the veil of sports while their thugs hunt people down in Sudan. I am sick of the cowardice from officials who refuse to condemn this state-sponsored violence. We are keeping the pressure on because silence is just complicity in murder.

The massive surge in support proves people across the globe see exactly what those thugs did in Sudan. The Algerian government and the officials who allowed this violence to happen think they can hide behind a football match but this momentum shows they are wrong.

This is a disgrace to football. We went to play a game not to be attacked by thugs. FIFA needs to investigate this now.

Sports are supposed to bring people together not lead to violence. Total failure by the organizers to keep everyone safe.

UNACCEPTABLE. The fans were terrified and the players were in actual danger. Never forget what happened in Sudan.
