Earl is a pillar of the Avalon community. He is respected and trusted by all who know him. there are very few people who have the dedication and commitment to the youth that Earl has been displaying for the past 20 years. And that he will likely display for another 50 years. role models like Earl Schrader need to be kept and supported not discarded over a difference of opinion. Please restore Earl to his position as the Avalon high school football coach.

Great coach with great ethics! Goes beyond just football and teaches life lessons as well. Good male role model to kids in Avalon that may not have a positive role model.

Earl was a coach and a father figure to all of us!!!! He showed me how to be a man and showed me about the real world plus he wouldn't just teach us football he taught us about life in general I love earl as a coach and friend and father figure. He taught me everything I need to know about football!
