Save Dunmanus Bay

I thoroughly uphold the reasons in the letter to DENY permission to the application.

We greatly object again !! No aquaculture for a mussel farm in Dunmanus Bay. Save one of the last clean waters in the world!

I'm devastated to hear of this application being presented again,we must keep Dunmanus Bay clear of further mussel beds in order to retain the beauty & tranquillity that is the bay.

There wouldn't be a petition if there wasn't a concern about the guardianship of these unspoilt waters. It is for you as Ministers to show that you merit your position as guardians in this matter.

Save dunmanus bay! Save the seals! Save the dolphins and the wales!

I live in Ahakista. Dunmanus Bay is one of Ireland’s magnificent beauty spots.Don’t spoil it.

Dunmanus Bay, a jewel on the Wild Atlantic way, inshore indigenous sustainable fishing, holistic local and tourist recreational area teaming with wildlife. Please don't allow the destruction of a wonderfully sustainable ecosystem! Save Dunmanus Bay.

Do not allow a mussel farm to be put in this location as it is a beautiful spot teeming with wildlife. It should be left untouched, not destroyed.

This will kill a vibrant traditional economy and harm tourism.

Please preserve the present integrity of Dunmanus Bay and do not allow the development of this mussel farm.

Please conserve our beautiful Island North and South.

There should be no further mussel ropes in Dunmanus Bay.

No mussel farm!

We must protect this beautiful Bay for our children's children.

This is one of the loveliest bays in Ireland. Please don't ruin it.

It needs to be saved

Dunmanus Bay is one of the last pristine bays left on the SW coast of Ireland. As someone who uses Dunmanus Bay and the other Bays in West Cork for sail training and international tourism it's important that we keep thjs bay and it's environment pure and untouched by human intervention.
