I know I am coming to this late, but I thought that Torri Higginson's character was a strong female character and a seminal part of the show. It's a shame that the producer's decided to (continuously) change this role. Season's 4 and 5 lack the consistency of the first three season's. I will always be an Elizabeth Weir fan!
The show really isnt the same without her in charge. Bring her back full time already.
WEIR WAS THE HEART OF THE SHOW. Totally ruined the dynamic by moving her to recurring. Fix this mistake!
Torri brought so much talent to Atlantis. Recurring status for such a main character is just insulting to the fans who watched from day one.
I really miss her leadership on the base. It feels so empty now.

I know I am coming to this late, but I thought that Torri Higginson's character was a strong female character and a seminal part of the show.
