It would be a shame to encroach on our park space any more than the multitude of apartments that were recently constructed do. Not there!

This area would work better for small shops, local business owners, walking traffic, and a place to spend the day. Horrible spot for apartments!

We don't need apartments in the downtown area. Apartments surrounding downtown are abundant and appropriate.

Let’s redevelop the mall instead of cramming more people into such a small area and removing green space.

Chesterfield is a beautiful community with great open spaces and parks, which is a great selling points to families moving into the area. We already have significant vacant buildings and brown space, why not use that space before taking away more of our coveted green space?

What makes Chesterfield A gorgeous community to live in is the fact that it is not oversaturated with housing and commercial property. Please do not do this. We’re going to end up turning Chesterfield into Manchester Road.

Why Chesterfield? Why do we need to knock down and cover up more green space in the name of apartments? Especially with this iconic sculpture in the midst of it? If we really...really...need more apartments, why not make use of the dying real estate that is Chesterfield Mall? Please leave our dwindling green space alone.

Just too much... Overcrowding, congestion, not enough physical room, the rent on the other complex they are building is too high for the area. They wont be able to sustain that, let alone fill another. They are selling "right by Chesterfield Mall", which doesnt exist anymore. People like green, people like space. Not only does it physically make the city look better and people happier, it helps keep up the value of everything already built.

I am a veteran of the United States Army. I am absolutely against an apartment building being built on that parcel of ground I’m signing this petition against this development.

This is not what the original concept for this area was supposed to be. Enough of the apartments and senior living. We are lowering our value of homes with more apartments.
