It has been announced that the DeSoto Parish Department of Children and Family Services (DFCS) Office is being closed and moved to the Shreveport Office. This means there will be NO FOOD STAMPS, FITAP, or CHILDREN PROTECTION SERVICES locally. This will present a Hardship for DeSoto Parish Residents.
