Coach Moyer has made a huge impact on our family, both my boys and my husband have seen first hand how he coaches and loves these boys so much. The fact that every player respects him so much speak volumes. He challenges them to be better on and off the field, he teaches the importance of "family and team - not just one player" To let him go would be such a shame for the football team, the school and all the boys lives who are and could be touched by his leadership.

Bring Coach Moyer back because he taught us how to come together as a team but also as brothers. Also because he has had a great impact on my life he had taught me how to be a better young man and become closer to Christ and because he has pushed me to work harder in the classroom and keep my grades up. When Dayton Christian announced the hiring of Ken Moyer as the Head Football Coach , DC's President at that time stated, "We strive to surround our students with quality teachers who speak God’s truth into our students’ lives and model Christ before them in a real and life-changing way every day". I believe the statement remains a strong part of Dayton Christian's philosophy. I also believe Coach Moyer embodies the philosophy. Coach Moyer has done an outstanding job in his short tenure at D.C. During my first few encounters with Coach Moyer, he spoke about his passion, vision, goals and expectations for DC Football. He also spoke about developing the young men into champions with high character on & off the field. I would say to date, Coach Moyer's actions and works have been nothing but consistent with his words during those first few encounters. He has shown himself to be man that has a tremendous positive impact on our children & long after those Friday Night Lights have dimmed, our young men will remember Coach Moyer's teachings. I truly hope Coach Moyer is afforded the opportunity to continue his career at Dayton Christian.

Coach Moyer brought so much to DC. Not only teaching and coaching but a spiritual aspect the school was missing. Getting rid of teachers that are older and have experience to save a little money will hurt the school in a huge way. I see DC becoming more about money than song what's right,

Mr. Moyer was a driving godly force in my life. He even impacted my life more as I was helping the football team by accepting me into the football family. As the football DVD said, "God didnt send DC a football coach, He sent a man of God who happens to coach football.". I really hope this petition is considered to get the amazing man with the name of Ken Moyer to stay with DC's football program.

Please....it's a blessing that finally......our kids have a winning team. Its good to have a winning team at DCS. It's ok for DCS kids to experience what winning/being successful feels like. It would be great for successful staff to actually stay at DC and not have to find employment elsewhere! It's been 11 yrs and the revolving door of staff has to stop for the success of DCS. I really hope Coach Moyer will be able to stay. He brings so much to DC Football and the SCHOOL. The kids will be heartbroke to see him leave.
