Please keep coach Moyer and his staff. He is not teaching just football, he teaching them to be good men.

Football builds character. These coaches do a great job of getting these young men ready for life.

Being from outside of the area, I have only seen 2 DC games over the last two years. However, what I saw in those two games was extremely admirable. Even in defeat, the players never gave up, they fought til the end, and then thanked the fans for their support afterwards. The is a direct reflection on the coaching that these young men are receiving.
The turn around that the team has shown between last season and this most recent is amazing. But it goes beyond just wins on the field. It's clear that the coaching staff is molding these kids into men who embody the teachings of Jesus.
Getting rid of this staff would be an absolute tragedy. Don't let that happen.

I disagree these young males need that extra activity. It helps with many aspects with sports and life. Most male use football to express themselves.

I Jevon, strongly support keeping the DC family bound together. I have watched Tywon Berry grow to become an exemplary young man. Having this opportunity has afforded Tywon options; positive one. This young soldier has learned an unprecedented level of discipline and learning. Not just in education, but higher education. Moreover a relationship with God. Taking away Mr. Moyer position as Coach would be a great travesty to the morale of these young men especially those who look up to this coach. Now you ask yourself; What would Jesus do?

Football shouldn't be taking from the kids. It pushes them to strive, show their talent, and keeps family and friends involved.

Extra curricular activities are an essential part of every child's development. What they learn through being apart of a team ultimately helps mold them into successful adults and productive members in society.
