When there were problems almost beyond repair, CEP was there. When transition was difficult, CEP was there. When the community needs professional, extraordinary, compassionate and innovative care, CEP is always there. CEP came in and created a "home" to work in. They have and continue to foster an environment of teamwork, honesty, professional respect and caring from the heart all while providing our community with care - second to none. As an employee of over 17 years, I have witnessed many changes throughout the hospital over the years. Allowing CEP physicians to come in and provide the best care possible to the patients of our community has been and continues to be one of the best decisions for the hospital. CEP needs to stay with memorial hospital, I’ve only worked 4 years at memorial but they are like family to me. They all provide excellent care to our community and are a wonderful asset to memorial. Memorial would be making a huge mistake taking them away from us. #saveCEP
