Yet another kick in the teeth of the volnerable from those who should know better. Closing this unique facility would be completely unjust and the Cardiff Council should be ashamed of itself - you are only making it worse for those who use this facility during a time of cost of living crisis. If the Council really wish to save money, they should be looking elsewhere - perhaps start looking at reducing Council visits abroad and the many perks obtained during the year. Do not close a much needed unique facility.
