Have been a huge Hammer fan for over 40 years.
I'm sure the studio could be put to much better use (films) rather than luxury housing just to line the pockets of someone who is rich and greedy!!

It goes without saying that Bray Studios is an incredible part of British film production history, but it is no mere historic artifact gathering dust, it is still totally viable as a living production facility, as Leigh Took's Mattes & Miniatures has proved! And for such an iconic site to be turned into yet another dreary site for rich people's homes (probably overseas gangsters laundering blood-money in the UK who won't even live here) by a bunch of parasitical blood-sucking spivs (aka 'property developers') makes me vomit. Save Bray Studios!

This petition is still on going as a new application has been made to demolish the site and convert the listed building into flats.. 2015
