This is a petition to the Congress of the United States of America, the President of the United States of America, and the Governors of the Several States. We the undersigned petition the government of the United States of America to withdraw all the troops from Europe, Korea, Japan, Africa, the Middle East. In other words, bring home the entire armed forces wherever they may be. Close the department of Homeland security and allow the Department of Defense to protect the Homeland against all enemies of The People, foreign and domestic according to the Constitution of the United States of America.
