Stewart Rutland works in Thurrock sports & leisure office. He is a great asset to Thurrock council & especially to the sports section. He is a true professional in his work & i for one have benefitted greatly from his help. I realise the council have to make cuts but not stewart he is a much needed member of the council workforce.
