This petition is to stop the History Channel from showing programs like "Ice Road Trucking" "American Pickers" "IRT Deadliest Roads" and other noneducational, useless shows, or to at least show them in small proportions. I personally find it aggravating when I'm trying to watch shows that actually teach me something of value, instead of numbing my mind. Keeping marathons of shows like these makes the "History Channel" name extremely misleading. I feel that it's asking for a little much to request for said shows to be completely removed from the channel, but I would like us to try to make the rationing of them possible. We've already polluted MTV, let's save The History channel.
