The committee just announced that Beit Netif will be preserved as a protected green space. My heart is full knowing this land where I spent so much of my life stays exactly as it should be. We will keep an eye on the site to ensure these protections remain honored.

I have spent this week walking through the trails of Beit Netif and feeling the history under my feet. Seeing your signatures gives me the strength to keep pushing the planning committee to recognize that we cannot just pave over our heritage.

Seeing this groundswell of support for Beit Netif reminds me why I spent so much of my childhood running through these hills. This momentum proves that I am not the only one who refuses to let our history be paved over.
