This is a precious community. You are proposing to destroy it just for your gain. Please work with the community to come up with the West Concord community to come up with a win/win proposition.

Please consider the damage this will do to the ecosystem of that land. It will also cause more
Pollution, traffic, stress on our environment. I thought concord was a community that cared about our environment! This is a direct assault on it!

This petition is a callous assault on nature and upon the people who live in this town. It should be squelched for good now:! The basis for rejecting it that is true to the wording of the current bylaw has been repeatedly pointed out. If sustainability means anything , this must not pass!

In no way does this project serve for the betterment of Concord. Considering all the intertwining issues and their effects, they actually serve to damage the Town and put the Residents at risk on so many levels. The proposed project is not for Concord.

The charm of the town is getting choked out by these developers. The town and relative departments might do well to consider the end result of all of the subdivisions they are approving. An evaluation of the zoning structure seems appropriate as well as the impact of these developments on existing homeowners. For example, the people who purchased in Riverwalk never expected their backyards to be clear cut with a view of the Mill Run development literally a stones throw from their windows. What is happening to open space and the environmental impact is unfortunate and alarming.
