I was taught Welsh in a Flintshire School, the county should be providing more Welsh teachers not less!

Really need to keep this school open, to keep the Welsh Language going in this area. I am only sorry I can't write this in Welsh

Yet another nail in the coffin of Cymraeg in our own country when O when is this creeping movement to destroy our language going to stop. The county councillor in this area is from Manchester area what does he know of our history or traditions more importantly what incentive does he have to keep Ysgol Mornant open he probably does not even know of its existence . Now is the time for us to stand up and say enough is enough and stand up to these little hitlers in shire hall and say keep your hands of our school.

It would be a disgrace to close ysgol mornant. There are plenty of English schools around and not enough Welsh. We cannot allow the Welsh language to decline which it will if these types of decisions are made. Ysgol mornant must not be allowed to close.

It would be a tragedy to lose such a fantastic Welsh primary school. My son loves this school and would be hart broken to leave.

Mae angen edrych ar adroddiad WESP Sir y Fflint. Beth yw pwrpas agor ysgol Gymraeg yn Shotton a chau ysgol Mornant ym mhen arall y sir? Mae llywodraeth Cymru eisiau creu gweithlu dwyieithog - addysg cyfrwng Gymraeg yw'r unig ffordd o sicrhau dwyieithrwydd. Mae diffyg llefydd ar gyfer yr holl blant sydd eisiau addysg cyfrwng Cymraeg yng Ngwersyllt ar hyn o bryd - mi fydd problemau tebyg yn Nhreffynnon a Phrestatyn os fydd Ysgol Mornant yn cau.
