Please reconsider when it comes to making cuts that will effect our children ! The boys and girls club has so much to offer the children in this town , from preschool to family nights. Everyone in this small down will be effected from this cut ! Our children need a place like this to go have fun and learn !

I really don't agree with these cuts to the budget. The boys and girls club in buchans is amazing. They do so much for the youth in our community and the community as a whole. From family nights to prize bingos, Canada day ccelebrations, family beach days in the summer time. The boys and girls club is a great asset to our community and for it to have to close down permanently because of budget cuts will be awful. Please don't be the cause of this to happen. What will the youth do? There will be nothing left for them to do. We have no pool, the library may be closing. All of this is causing our community to lose everything.

Why does it seem like our Schools, Libraries and Youth related Organizations are taking the hit...if our government has money to buy 1200 Opioid antidote kits then I'm thinking the money would be better spent teaching our children not to use them in the first place! But where would they learn that you might ask...how about at school the library or a safe place such as the Youth Organizations you are currently taking money from. Dear Government stop taking opportunities from our youth becuase we can't afford to take chances on our future!

Our Boys and Girls Club is a great organization for our town. We get alot of kids come in either play video games or crafts plus other activities. Take this away and they have nothing. Think twice before you make these cuts , think of all the kids you will be hurting.

We rely on these grants and having a place like the boys and girls club gives children and families especially in small communities a safe and healthy environment to have some safe and healthy fun!!

The James Hornell Boys and Girls Club is one of the main hubs for our kids to go to when not in school.
They do greatthings for our community, not just for the children but for adults as well.
Without funding from grants, they would not be able to operate! Our small town and surrounding towns need them.
