OWN FOUR PHARMACIES AND EMPLOY PEOPLE IN REMOTE AREAS. BARELY PAYING THE BILLS. OTHER STATES HAVE ACTED AGAINST PMS SO WHY IS KY ALLOWING THEM TO STEEL $123 MILLION (THATS ESTIMATED TO BE HALF) FROM TAXPAYERS AND LOCALLY OWNED PHARMACIES. PLEASE ENFORCE SB5 THAT YOU SIGNED LAST YEAR. PLEASE DON'T LET US DOWN. REMEMBER ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY VOTE. THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR JOB.

The PBMs are putting independent pharmacies out of business with unfair contracts and practice models. They dictate all terms and are predatory with their contracting. They are eliminating small grassroots businesses.

PBMs are raising the cost of prescription medications for patients while simultaneously robbing the pharmacies trying to care for those patients. They aren’t good for patients, they aren’t good for small business, and they certainly aren’t what’s best for Kentucky.
