I understand the need to close physical access to bars as a social venue, but want to support local businesses right now. There is no public health hazard posed by this to my knowledge, since alcohol is still able to be delivered by other restaurants.

Small businesses need the help so any hindrance on the the city, county or State level is just insane. City of Lake Dallas should be ashamed by doing this!

We need to keep these local restaurants and bars open. Or they won’t be around. After lockdown. Also let them deliver alcohol... how do you expect us to deal with these stresses. ??!!!

It’s ridiculous that it’s being referred to as a dry County when there is literally a liquor store next to it. If other restaurants have been aloud to serve alcohol to go then they ALL should or the number of abandoned buildings due to closed business will take over every town.

This should follow the outline set forth by Governor Abbott. No one establishment that has a liquor license and sells food should be treated equally.

In these times of need, we would like the local and state government to lead. With tough times ahead for our economy, stopping local business' from staying afloat is very disturbing,

We support our local businesses and stongly request that Lake Dallas follow Governor Abbott's directives allowing us customers to order "to go" beverages with our take-out orders.
