As a 71 year old resident of Tettenhall Wood, I feel that the reasons given for closing the Wood Road clinic are not sufficiently specific or clear. In addition, have the problems of access to the Lower Green been considered in detail? Possible car parking problems have been mentioned but, for those who don't have their own transport, there is a walk up a steep hill to catch the No 1 bus on the Tettenhall Road. Use of this service would still leave many patients with a considerable walk from the bus stop to their homes. I feel that insufficient thought has been given to the consequences of this proposed closure and, at the very least, Wood Road surgery should remain open until these issues have been considered and addressed in detail.

We have an ageing community in Tettenhall Wood that rely on the service, not everyone has a car or access to one and from the number 1 bus it's a steep hill to walk up or down. Lower green has limited parking also..this surgery needs to remain open.

closing this surgery will make it very difficult for my parents to attend crucial regular medical appointments. They have reduced mobility and would find attending the main surgery challenging

If Wood Road Surgery were to close, the overload on Lower Street Surgery, would be immense, with possible extension of appointments & waiting times.
Because of the increase of elderly residents in the Wood Road area, it is vital there is a local surgery.

To close a local surgery for those who don't have means of transport of don't drive is sick. It just goes to show they look at cost not the patients they are there to help.

Loosing this vital service will affect so many people, the old, disabled, single parents, working parents, busy people, local residents near Lower Green, people using the Rock Junction so many people will be affected n a negative way #NHS #Drs think before you instigate these problems

Please consider people who are wheelchair bound or use public transport. Getting to the doctors is becoming a marathon, that is if you can get an appointment. Please keep the surgery open, B. G.

This practice needs to be kept open for all the local people who cannot get to Tettenhall. There has been a doctor's in Tettenhall Wood for many years, well before Tettenhall was opened.

There are never any spaces at all to park at Lower Green centre car park already, and no options outside of the car park too. I have no idea how I'd ever find a space anywhere if there are all these extra patients too.
