We support WMUA and share the goal of working together and respecting each other.

We propose the following:

1. Glenn Siegel has been a vital part of the consistency and success of the station. Return him to his position as advisor.

2. Encourage diversity and volunteerism at WMUA by strengthening collaboration and inviting students to work hand in hand with experienced radio professionals.

3.Exempt from the 24 “community” hours :

• The polka music family in consideration of the longevity, significant financial contribution and cultural significance of polka music to WMUA and the pioneer valley
• UMASS alums; a bridge between the university and the community
