A lot of student pilots mixed with regular air traffic is invititing mid air collisions without Air Traffic Control. Why waste the expense of a study.

Air traffic control is VITAL to the Auto sectors ability to service the Big 3 here in town, facilitating our Cargo Air Charters to fly directly into YQG and deliver direct as opposed to bringing it into YHM/YKF and delaying line shutdown freight for an additional 3-5 hours.

We have been flying out of Windsor for my years, it would be ashamed to close it.
Flying out of your own city is a good feeling especially when you can support it.
It also has crested Windsor jobs and has helped our cities economy.

The growth of YQG has been a great story for the Windsor Region! The ability to position YQG as a hub for shipping by Land, Air and Sea make for a triple threat with cost effective options not seen elsewhere. In addition passenger travel growth has continued with more and more carriers and routs flying out of YQG. It would be detrimental to loose these new routs - particularly at a time when so many are opting to live and work remotely - YQG will have an important role to play when connecting in person is back.
Please reconsider this evaluation of the Control Tower. It is needed for all the reasons mentioned above in addition to the congested airspace shared with DTW and DET

This is essential for businesses in Windsor! It’s a huge advantage for us to travel for business and pleasure from our own city! We can expand and create more opportunities with our own airport. Do not close us down!!
