As a professional pilot based and flying out of Windsor for many years and having seen the activity flying levels increase in leaps and bounds the past ten years leading up to COVID and assuming it will come back, from a business and SAFETY aspect to take away ATC at Windsor would be disastrous to this great city

What a stupid idea,airport without a control tower,why don't we eliminate fences and building as well and turn it into a public large landing field for smugglers،and maybe an illegal drag racing track beside

As a former pilot who flew over 100 hours in the Windsor control zone, I feel it would be a huge mistake to turn CYQG into a non-towered airport. With the proximity to US airspace and KDTW, safety of both private and commercial air traffic would be greatly reduced putting lives at risk unnecessarily. Please recognize the importance of keeping the skies over Windsor and Essex County as safe with keeping ATC Services in Windsor.
