Section 2 under environment of the constitution it says each person has the right to a healthful environment. Each person may enforce this right against any party government or private ,through appropriate legal procedures subject to a reasonable litigation and regulation at the general assembly may provide by law. this is in the 1970 constitution that passed I have a copy of it..

I am on an aqueduct that NO ONE knows how far it travels underground and NO ONE can guarantee that MY well will not get contaminated. What about the wildlife and nature, the creek that runs through my property? Is money more important than our health as a species
