Pigs are very smart. My vet has one and it tells her when it's got to go pee or other outside. It gets in it's bed and naps. They are domestic animals.

Just let them be! The potbellied pigs are house trained. The literally "bark" at the back door when they need out. They are house pets and part of the family.

Ordinance 952 needs to be amended to allow for potbelly pet pigs. The ordinance was not meant to prevent potbellys from being pets but to prevent pig farming in the city limits. An exception should be allowed until the ordinance can be changed. Wilbur and Fern are sentient beings and do not deserve to be removed from their family. They harm no one, please help them stay with their family.
