He doesn't deserve this. He was trying to be a good leader and example to his students, he wanted to teach them about peaceful protesting. And again, we was a careful adult and went with them to make sure they would be safe. If anything it's the students's fault for getting out of hand and taking advantage of this good man's intentions and acceptance of freedom of speech. Maybe parents should

He shouldn't be blame for what some childish students did. He was there for the safety of every student present at the moment.

Mr.Whitmire is an amazing principle and he does his best to make sure the students are given everything needed not only to demonstrate individuality, but to do it to the best of their abilities. That's exactly what he did today and it is inevitable that some students will get out of hand especially during events stemming from the surrounding world, but Mr.Whitmire prevented the situation from being worse with his actions during the incident. His resources might be limited compared to some other principles, but Mr.Whitmire does better than anybody else could in his shoes.

Our principal did nothing to trigger what had happened earlier today. He tried getting students to control themselves but he can't control hundreds of kids by himself. He was just trying to help and protect students

As former graduate of the 2016 class I am wittness that Mr. Whitmire is a great principal that has been blamed for students ignorant actions such as taken picture out of context, 2015 student for teachers walkout, and now this childish event where students walk out for something they didnt even vote for. It is not Whitmires fault he was not able to stop these thousands of kids because of lack assistance by Securities in charge of blocking doors on a closed campus. He should not be subject to false journalism saying he encouraged this event. He is a great guy who loves his job and students.
