He was supporting the students who believed in the "future president" of the country .He was also supporting Mexican American,African American,Native American ,etc.If he didn't support us then people will still want him fired .

I have had two of my boys attend Pittsburg High under mr. Whitmore's Administration they have both excelled with his assistance he does not deserve to be fired the parents need to be chastised for teaching your children to behave this way the children need to be disciplined for their behavior and bringing this kind of negative attention to our city

I believe Mr. Whitmire was trying to do the best thing for his students. Some of students did not even attend Pittsburg High. It's not fair to put all the blame on him without all the facts.

Mr. Whitmire is an honorable and caring person. Those students whould have left with or without him. He put himself on the line to keep them safe and make their protest legal. He didn't have to, he just cared enough to do it anyway.

A lot of people take this out of context. But Mr. Whitmire was actually there at the walkout to protect students and to make sure they weren't causing any trouble. He didn't start the walkout. It's the students who did that.

Mr. Whitmire was there for me when I was about to get booted from Pitt because of a stupid decision I made. He's always had us students' best interest in mind. Mr. Whitmire , I don't care what anyone says, is the best principal I've ever had. He stood up for me , even when I knew I deserved to get booted, because of my immaturity, yet there he was . I swear, he is the one and only principal I KNOW, THAT ALWAYS ENCOUNTERS WITH THE STUDENTS , ACKNOWLEDGES THEM, AND GETS TO KNOW US . Take his job away, and that'll be the BIGGEST mistake of your lives'.
