I would appreciate if all of my friends would sign this petition.
The sierra club and its constituents are not on point with their claims that coal power plants are harming the environment as claimed and new studies have recently shown that these types of plants do virtually no harm to the environment as claimed. It is important that we have reliable and affordable energy for the public and blue collar jobs like this that pay well to be preserved for the future. These jobs pay much better than oil and natural gas jobs and allow a blue collar individual to actually have a ability to pay his bills and make a living instead of being in constant debt and worry each month about his check to check life under a wage that does not provide substance to make a home and life for his family.
