the 'regeneration' of our estate is not beneficial for the locals, as someone who has lived on the estate for over 20 years, i find it terrible that Lambeth Council are willing to destroy the houses of many residents and create an overcrowded and probably unaffordable housing that many locals will not be able to appreciate nor inhabit in. Lambeth need to listen to the opinions of its residents and not go ahead with this destruction of a well loved and historical estate.

i am a local resident and I am completely against the destruction of the community i've been part for the past 20 years. Lambeth doesn't need to destroy existing communities to increase the number of affordable homes available. Poor planning and housing cabinet member's egos to make a mark and further their political careers is putting the lives of Lambeth social residents at risk.

After 26 years, and the home my children have grown up in. We are against what the council is trying to do. Make money for themselves, others lose out. This cannot happen without us fighting.

I think it is disgusting what the council are proposing, I have lived happily on the estate for 26 years and for the council to absent mindely ignore residents concerns and disapproval is appalling

I am disgusted by the way Lambeth Council are trying to force us out of our homes. How dare they propse to change our tenancy from secyre to assured to ensure we lose our RTB. I completely support this petition and I will fight this all the way. I know who I will be voting for!
