This program was not just some class. it was a family. it helped me find comfort with those who were like me. some us us came from abusive homes. others from neglectful homes, some from any and every where. this program brought us all together to tech us what it truly means to be in a family. It taught us how to be a good citizen and how to inspire others to do the same. This program saved so many kids lives. Kids that would have never had anyone to lean on found companionship ad love in AFJROTC at West. Our trophies are a testament of how much we took it seriously how much we worked well together. how much it all meant to us. save this program it is worth it.

I've watched kids in this program for about 19 years. Many, that never stood a chance in this world, found the way through one program alone... AFJROTC. And what one side of the county has, shouldn't the other???

This program is too amazing to close. It's not right. Keep the program open so others have the opportunity to have one the greatest experiences that I have ever had. I may have went to west stanly bur west Montgomery was always our biggest rival. We learned so much from each other and this program needs to stay open!

Please save this program my brothers and I made three generations in this program and it holds a very important place in my families hearts. This program really helped my brothers and I to grow into who we are today. Please allow new students to have the opportunity to feel the same impact of this program.

Guys we can do this. Colonel Ovbey taught us how to work together as a team and as one. Together we can make a difference.
