This program is where many of my greatest memories were formed. It's where the foundation for my Air Force career started. I am now an E7 serving proudly. I think it would be a total disservice to the youth of Montgomery County if this program was discontinued.

Having done JROTC at Terry Sanford I realize the importance of a JROTC unit. JROTC gives cadets the opportunity as an E-3, which is especially important in the military town of Fayetteville! Denying kids the opportunity of JROTC also denies interested cadets of this advancement.

JR-ROTC provides our children with many life skills and education. They also receive automatic advancement in the US military with 3 semesters of JR ROTC. Save the program, it is the right thing to do.

I was a student in the AFJROTC program, and I loved it. This class, and the possible opportunities that come with it, should be reason enough, to keep it. It's asinine to remove it. This world we live in, you need to keep the class that enforces personal responsibility to have any sort of hope for future generations. One part of the school has been irreversibly destroyed, at least listen to pleas on this. Have a back bone, West. I know the folks running it, used to.
