I went to school at UNCW and lived on Wrightsville Beach for over 2 years. My favorite thing about WB is the fact that so many restaurants and bars are local establishments. I would really hate to see that change!

We need more places like WB art studio and more people like jazz. This should be a no brainer decision. Why have a Charlie Graingers when there's a Trolly Stop 50 yards away? Keep the art studio and save WB

Don't saturate the market. Don't change what doesn't need to be changed.

We already have a hot dog place that is famous and while an owner of a building has rights also tenants and neighbors have rights. I support WB Gallery in their desire to finish the lease that was agreed upon verbally by Mr Allen and Undy and can not support this change due to the increased trash and lack of accommodations around the facility

We love Jazz and his studio. My kids have loved his camp and making art projects using trash and treasures they pick up on the beach. He does a great job teaching them to respect the ocean.

I hope the town will support the local culture of art and education. As someone who has spent the last 9 years coordinating summer long clean ups at Wrightsville Beach, I fully support this art studio which teaches children the importance of keeping our oceans clean and healthy and having fun while doing it.

Jazz brings a unique art perspective that brings a piece of our home (Wrightsville beach) into art. I attended one of his art nights and he is outstanding and truly wants to spread his passion to others.
