1230 surface acres is A HUGE lake, and the public use of it should as diverse as possible. To allow one commercial concern to control it for their own benefit is criminal, especially since the sort of "competitive" waterskiing is routinely practiced on bodies of water no larger than 10 surface acres. Clearly freeing up as little as LESS THAN ONE PERCENT of the entire lake for use by boaters OTHER than a single business owner is the only moral and ethical thing to do.

Skiers don't ski where fishermen fish and fishermen don't fish where skiers ski so skiing on this lake will not affect fishing and fishing will not affect skiing. The decision to rescind the ordinance should not be based on the number or folks for or against. This ordinance is an amazing intrusion by Government and should be eliminated because it's the right thing to do..

With over 600 acres of available lake there is plenty of space for fisherman and skiers to coexist, as is done at most lakes of this size and smaller all around the country. In fact, many people do both - some family fun skiing, then toss a line in the water and fish.

This lake is huge in terms of adequacy for water skiing. There will be plenty of room for skiers, fishermen, and recreational use all at the same time.

My lake in PA is hardly 200 acres. I hardly ski on 10% of it. That's enough room for me!

Instead of banning a family activity like water skiing, why not work with the American Water Ski Association to promote a healthy lifestyle? Allowing water skiing on your lake will promote a healthy lifestyle and a great family sport.
