Give young student mums a break - how on earth can they get a foot up without childcare? Just condemning another generation to social immobility.

This nursery was essential for me as a young mum to help me gain my marketing qualifications, which have led me to having a great career. To lose this great service would be a huge loss, especially (in my experience) to young mums x

My granddaughter has attended this nursery for 3 years and we hoped she would attend for a further year before she starts school. During this time she has grown and developed emotionally, academically and physically thanks to the great care and teaching provided. I cannot believe there is any valid reason for closing the nursery at a time when quality preschool provision is so desperately needed.

Do not close the nursery it is an essential nursery for young mums learning at the college with children there.

Both my youngest sons loved this nursery. Such a shame. Y can't it just be updated if that's the issue. The staff are fab and treated my children with love and respect. They went the extra mile everyday

Keep it open. What about the surrounding community for example parents without there own transport and so on. What about the staff also why should they be forced to find other jobs

Please keep this nursery open ! It offers such a fabulous training centre for nursery nurse professional for the wider area ! If we loose this we loose our community !! Please keep this nursery open !!!

If it wasn't for Midland Bank now HSBC giving the college money years ago this nursery would not be here. Both my children attended full time from the age of 9 months until my daughter started school and my son had to change nursery due to the college principal at the time saying he wanted the nursery for the sole use of students. My children had a great start in life due to attending this nursery. Please keep it open!!
