This school houses so many students and faculty who's proper place is at Vets.

I graduated from Vets. my mother, My 2 siblings, my mother's siblings as well as many of my friends also all graduated from WVMHS. We all have many positive memories that we would like like have future generations experience for themselves. We all believe that Vets should not close. This school is a hidden Gem of Warwick. We can't stop future generations from attending this wonderful school for higher education. Let's rethink this decision of closing Vets. Let's also remember the amount of people that are going to lose their job from this and the most important thing is the quality of education is going to decrease do to an increase of students to teacher ratio per classroom.

Being a Hurricane is something that can not be explained. All I can say is that between the atmosphere, the education, and the teachers, it was one of the biggest influences on what made me who I am today. being a hurricane is more than just letting someone know where I went to high school. it means something to all of us, and it lets people know who my family is. how dare you try to take this sense of belonging to something bigger than one's self away from the alumni, current, and future students. to tell these students that they will be going to tollgate, or pilgrim is total insanity. these young men and women who play sports and belong to something........to send them to a different high school and will have a minimal chance to get on the team............ unfair................children are our future? and education is key? then why strip these children of their right to be a hurricane? why strip away the relationships that they have with their teachers who care about them? why strip them of an education and a sense of being a hurricane, which means more to us then anything? something that will make their future something greater than anyone could ever imagine............. to save money? you would rather save money than give a child an education that could change them for the better, for the rest of their lives?
I ask the school committee, do you know what it means to be a hurricane? do you have the slightest sense of what it means to us? we voted for you because we felt you would do what is best for our children's education? and now you just want to take that chance away from them? congratulations........this is not right, it's not fair to the students, parents, coaches, staff, and teachers............but you saved money......way to go................you should have switched to GEICO......could have saved 15% or more

save vets, we arent just objects in this school.. we are people who want to get a good education.. jamming people into two schools is going to limit the amount of education we can get.. and the teachers and administration has built this school from the ground up.. they have dont a lot to make it a safe and amazing school for us students

My uncle started high school at vet's the first year it opened. Vet'sisa really good school that shouldn't close down.
