Dementia is affecting more people as they age. We should be allocating similar resources as those allocated to cancer. The closure of ward 10 is perverse.
This is appalling. What planet do these people live on. Do they have any idea how much .dementia affects so many peoples lives. I would LOVE to talk to them about this but I suggest they are too cowardly to speak to the people who require the facilities.

This ward is amazing, they are taking the pressure off all the other wards who don't have the time and training to look after these patients

This is an amazing ward, the staff are fantastic, my mother-in-law thrived there and was back on here feet in no time. They cannot get rid of ward 10

Ward 10 MUST be saved. Was wonderful for my 95yr old mother and got her walkinh again.

I am concerned that NHS facilities such as Ward 10 concerned with patients suffering from dementia can be closed quietly with little or no consultation or replacement.
