An excellent local facility. They encourage health and fitness for all ages and levels. The only place locally to provide active children’s parties and activities at an realistic price for the normal working family.

This gym cannot shut. It is the best gym I have been to. The staff are amazing and so friendly and I've never felt so comfortable training. The support from the staff is incredible and they do so much for the community.

VIP hq is such a great place for young and old people to go and have fun and be outside in the fresh air.
Me and my children have been to several birthday parties here and the kids absolutely love it.
Also we have just turnt up and spent all day at vip hq and not had to book, there aren’t many places you can do that.
VIP hq to stay...all the way!!
