As a resident living only a few properties from VIP, I believe this environment provides a local and excellent facility for the community and beyond. The facility does not negatively impact on the area, being next to a number of houses and located off road. It offers the local comunity of all ages, the opportunity to come together and at the same time improve their health, wellness and fitness.

Leave things that help the community and children alone. All the time people are in here, they are not on the streets. You’ve cut our policing so don’t cut this too.

Having lived in Stapleford Abbotts for the past 34 years, I can absolutely confirm that VIP brings so much positivity to our community. Being a rural area the only other fitness options would be to travel to Romford, Brentwood or further afield which is not always easy given the frequency of buses and how cut off the village is in terms of other public transport options. VIP is an approachable, friendly and supprtive community hub, running brillliant events for children, adults and families together. I cannot for the life of me fathom any reason why this establishment should be forced to close its doors when it brings so much to our area, not least in terms of promoting health and wellbeing. Save VIP!
